1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you interact with our websites, inquiry forms, project portals, on-location shoots, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to information we process on behalf of enterprise partners under a separate agreement.

2. Information We Collect

  • Automatically collected information. When you visit our site we collect log data such as IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps. Like most websites, we also use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser.

  • Process transactions, invoices, and send related information;
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests;
  • Send project updates, delivery notifications, and promotional communications (you can opt out at any time);
  • Monitor and analyze usage to enhance security and user experience;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Trusted vendors that perform services for us (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery) may access information as needed to do their work and are prohibited from using it for other purposes.
  • Legal or safety reasons. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Off-Duty Studio, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we participate in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred in accordance with applicable law.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, improve site performance, and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Services may not function properly.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your data, we will delete or anonymize it.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently obtained such data, please contact us so we can delete it.
